Microwaves and EMF’s May Be Causing Your Headaches and More

Humans may not need a nuclear catastrophe to wipe them off the face of the earth when practically every home is at risk of systematically doing it alone. Microwaves and other electromagnetic frequencies (EMF’s) have been studied for years and now recent testing brings to light new concerns.

Although technology has certainly become much more advanced, when it comes to cooking your food in seconds or speeding along the internet, systemic accumulated effects could only be studied after ten, twenty, thirty years or more, which is now.

Learn how microwaves and other EMF’s may be compromising your health and some ways you can avoid these invisible culprits to protect yourself from possible illness.

Emitting Sources

There are a variety of EMF’s that you are exposed to every day. Add in microwaves and the number rises. Overall, there are four types of EMF’s which are:

  • ELF – These are electromagnetic low frequency waves which come from military equipment and railroads measured at or below 300 Hz.
  • IF – Intermediate frequencies are EMF’s that range between 300 Hz and 10 MHz produced by industrial cables and electrical equipment in homes, such as televisions and computer monitors.
  • HF – This is the higher frequency wave that ranges between 10 MHz and 3000 GHz coming from mobile phones and radio broadcasting, including WiFi.
  • RF – Radio frequencies are a common emission coming in at up to 100 MHz.

These sources combined with microwaves should not be ignored as they are showing significant potential health damage when experienced on a daily level. This should be particularly concerning if you work or live within close proximity to these sources.

Potential Targets

There is always controversy when studies inspect and possibly threaten high grossing monetary industries which may be why you aren’t noticing any red flags or alarms by the media or otherwise.

One part of the controversy is how to measure the effects of EMF’s and microwaves on body types, geographical location, gender, body-mass index, tissue density, age, exposure, level of health, bone density, and the levels of water and electrolytes in each human being. These are all considerable factors in determining the conductivity of and biological reactivity to EMFs.

Overall, the better health you are in and the less you are surrounded by these electronic waves the more chances you have at staving off some of the potentially debilitating results accumulated over time.

Current Stats

Electromagnetic fields can have several different effects on cellular components, some of these include:

  • Disorders of cell proliferation and differentiation
  • Damaged DNA in cells
  • Chromosomal abnormalities
  • Blood disorders
  • Birth defects
  • Various mutations, including those associated with long-term exposure to EMFs.
  • 2.4 GHz WiFi may be one of the major risk factors for brain tumors and other neurodegenerative diseases
  • Exposure to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi decreased sperm function with researchers concluding that, “There should be major concern regarding the exposure to Wi-Fi networks existing in the vicinity of our living places.”
  • According to many researchers, neuroendocrine changes caused by EMFs are a key factor in changing hormone function and cause infertility symptoms in females
  • A Defense Intelligence Agency report showed that military personnel exposed to non-thermal microwave radiation experienced “headaches, fatigue, dizziness, irritability, sleeplessness, depression, anxiety, forgetfulness, and a lack of concentration (this is an older statistic but still remains relevant)

Under the influence of these fields, the balance of the CNS [central nervous system] and the hormonal and respiratory systems become weak, resulting in decreased activity of the mentioned organs.

Don’t Trust the Word “Safe”

Time and time again you have been assured that one thing or another is safe to consume, use, live among, wear, etc. but time and time again you have seen adverse reports. Some examples include tobacco, asbestos, PCB’s, glyphosate, GMO’s and even bottled water packaging.

As much as organizations like the FDA or FCC are claiming to protect you, they are government run entities with many chiefs all vying for their best interests on top of yours. As a result, in some cases, science can slip through the cracks and threaten the general population.

When it comes to microwaves and EMF’s the studies have not been consistent enough to create legislature that puts into place more safety checks and balances. Therefore, it is best to err on the side of caution and take your health into your own hands instead.

Protect Your Exposure

It may be difficult to throw out your microwave, cell phone, computer and such to limit your exposure to EMF’s and microwaves so here are a few tips on how to protect your exposure while living amongst them.

  • Try to conventionally cook your food and only use a microwave when necessary
  • Leave the room when microwaving
  • Do not microwave in plastic, use a microwave safe, glass container instead
  • Do not place your laptop near your genital area without at least a one inch solid barrier
  • Use cell phone headsets or speakerphones instead of pressing to your ear for long periods
  • Increase your antioxidant intake of fresh, unprocessed plant based choices such as dark green leafy vegetables, berries, legumes, fennel, parsley, cilantro, garlic and fungi

As you are surrounded by continued microwave and EMF bombardment it is important to remain vigilant in protecting yourself. Limit your exposure and try to spend more time offline than on.
