What Makes Cannabis Coconut Oil Effective and Beneficial?

Both Cannabis and coconut oil have their own health benefits. Starting from cannabis, it contains cannabinoids like TCH and CBD which are proven to lower pain and inflammation associated with the diseases like cancer, insomnia and depression.

Coconut oil, on the other hand, is an age-old remedy for skin care, hair care, healing, weight loss, blood pressure, yeast infections, digestion and heart health. The oil contains medium chain fatty acids or MCFAs which makes it antimicrobial, antifungal and easier to digest. In fact, this fat composition is considered as one of the healthiest fats.

When combined together, coconut oil and cannabis turns into a powerful medicine for overall health.

Coconut oil is the closest fat to complement, preserve and enhance the properties of cannabis. Cannabis has a compound known as THC-A, which turns into THC, a far more effective cannabinoid on being heated. This THC has the tendency to bond with fats. Simply put, THC is easily soluble in fat rather than in water, which is why cannabis butter has come into existence.

Here coconut oil is the most suitable fat to THC. Apart from that, it keeps cannabis solid at room temperature.
