For years there has been speculation about the affects of artificial sweeteners on the human body. The food and beverage industry has always insisted that these types of products were safe for consumption. Well, new research shows that diet soda can increase the chance of stroke and dementia by 300%. It’s probably time to skip the diet soda and artificial sweeteners and reach for a water instead.
