After two weeks the skin tag should fall off.
Try to keep the paste off healthy skin as slight burning sensations could occur. If too uncomfortable, immediately wash off and discontinue use.
Oregano Oil
Found in health food stores, oregano oil has been an age old go-to remedy due to its potent antibacterial, antioxidants, and anti-inflammatory properties.
For skin tags, it is mixed with a carrier oil like coconut, jojoba or almond and applied three times per day.
After about one month the skin tag should fall off. Oregano oil can also be strong on the skin so always use a carrier oil and try not to apply to surrounding skin.
Dandelion Juice
Yup, those pesky dandelions that pop up their yellow heads each spring can be used to remove skin tags.
Simply pluck one up by the base of the stem, hold the neck below the yellow bloom and with the other hand squeeze and gently pull downward.
Apply the milky juice extraction to your skin tag and cover with a bandage. Do up to four times per day.
Garlic
Garlic needs no introduction as it holds a laundry list of remedy potential, including skin tag removal.
Slice a small disc of garlic and rub on the skin tag. Slice a smaller disc to fit over the tag and cover with a bandage. Remove and wash before bed.
The skin tag could fall off within four to six days.
Fenugreek Seeds
Eaten as a vegetable in India and used as a fragrance in soaps and cosmetics, fenugreek seeds can be used as a skin tag removal too.
Soak seeds in water overnight. Dab water on the skin tag with a cotton swab as many times per day as you can.
Some recommend drinking the water on an empty stomach or chewing the seeds as it is believed that it stimulates removal of dead skin cells. Fenugreek seeds taste and smell like maple syrup.
Do not eat more than 100 grams of fenugreek seeds a day. Also, if you have anemia or thyroid conditions avoid this herb. Always check with your doctor before taking any herbal remedy.
